The apartment has 4 bedroom, 1 Living / dining area, a kitchen with steamer and window, spacious corridor with built-in wardrobe, 1 Bad (with bathtub & window) and a separate toilet. The ones belonging to the apartment are located in the basement 2 Basement compartments of approx. 5-6 m2. Veloraum, Outside bicycle stand, Laundry room and ventilation room are available for shared use.
A garage parking space for 133 At most, CHF per month could be covered (would have to be clarified in advance with the administration). Parking spaces too 50 CHF per month are currently available.
The apartment is optimally located in terms of traffic. The Uetikon am See ZH train station is approx. 10 Minutes on foot or easily reached by bus. From there you can take the S-Bahn to Zurich main station in 18 minutes.
Schoolhouse and kindergarten are within a radius of 400 Meter. The Volg and the Steiner bakery are right next to the house.
